Lisa Turtz. Moses and the Angel of the Burning Bush, 2019. Watercolor, watercolor pencil, and gouache on paper, 22” x 30”.

Lisa Turtz is a psychiatrist and an award-winning painter. Her art has been shown at the Katonah Museum of Art and the BJ Spoke Gallery (Huntington). Most recently, she had a solo exhibit at the Barrett Art Center (Poughkeepsie). She is currently working on a series of paintings of stories from Genesis and Exodus.
