Schubert Cello Quintet

Opus Posthumous, 163

those cellos keep
riffing in my head

like Bird's solo
in Ornithology

the swirl of Martha
Graham's dress

slant light moving
across your face

overtones of a bell
the taste of salt

truth is beauty
that lingers
